Gift voucher reports can be found under the Point of sale menu or accessed under the Reports menu in IBIS online.

Gift vouchers sales
The report will default to a list view. At this point, you can select your start and end date to view the total amount of Gift Voucher sales between your specified period. Gift Voucher sales that have already been redeemed will display the redemption transaction number in the Redemption trans # field.
The default view will be tax inclusive, this can be amended to tax-exclusive by changing the option in the drop-down menu adjacent to the date selector.
You can export to PDF, CSV or Excel formats by selecting the relevant option in the Export menu.
Gift vouchers redeemed
The view will default to a list view with the amounts Tax Inclusive. You can change this to be Tax Exclusive using the drop-down menu adjacent to the date selector. This report will tell you all vouchers redeemed between the dates you specify giving you the details of the vouchers redeemed and can be exported via the Export drop-down menu to PDF, CSV or XLS.
The report will show the Redemption value, any discounts applied to the gift voucher and the sale value of the gift voucher.
