Gift voucher reports can be found under the Point of sale menu or accessed under the Reports menu in IBIS online.

Gift vouchers sales 

The report will default to a pivot table view and toggled to tax exclusive. A field for discounts (including promotions) applied allows you to report on gift voucher discounts whilst the face value reflects the value the voucher can be redeemed for. You can select your start and end date to view the total amount of Gift Voucher sales between your specified period.
You can export to PDF, CSV or Excel formats by selecting the relevant option in the Export menu.


Gift vouchers redeemed

The view will default to a pivot table and toggled to tax exclusive. This report will tell you all vouchers redeemed (full and partial) between the dates you specify giving you the details of the vouchers redeemed and can be exported via the Export drop-down menu to PDF, CSV or XLS.

Gift vouchers redeemed - including items redeemed against

This report shows gift voucher redemptions with details about what else was purchased in each transaction. For each voucher redeemed, you'll see all items in that sale, giving you a complete picture of the redemption.


  • Transaction-based report: Only available in List view
  • Value column: Shows the individual item line value (so for the GV line this is the redemption amount, not the original sale amount)
  • Date range: Filters by redemption date, not voucher issue date
  • Tax included: All values are inclusive of tax


Discounted gift voucher redemptions - including items redeemed against

This report shows you a detailed breakdown of gift vouchers which were discounted at the time of sale and the redemption transaction including all other items.

The report is generated per voucher which was redeemed at the date the report is run for.


 

Important notes on partial redemptions

Due to the partial redemption functionality:

  • The total discount applied to the original sale may not represent the actual discount impact across partial redemptions
  • If the same voucher is redeemed multiple times within your analysis period, the total discount can become over-represented
