IBIS offers many options for your operational manifests. For clients running version 11 and above we offer manifests via IBIS Online which are fully customisable so you can get the exact view you are after and make sure you see only the information, you or your drivers need to see.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Online manifest
To access the manifests online you must first log into IBIS Online either via the link in your IBIS Client or by logging onto IBIS Online in your web browser. Once logged in, go to Reports, then Operations, then Manifest. Upon opening the Manifest screen you will first be presented with an empty screen. It's at this point that you must choose your departure. Your departures are your Services, and they will be listed in time order in the Departures drop-down menu. Note that if you have any services with zero bookings, these services will not show in your menu.
Once you have selected your Departure, all your bookings will appear in the default view grouped and ordered by Pickup as below:
You will find there are two views saved in the system, group by pickup and group by pickup time. You can also create your own views and add in/remove columns as you see necessary. Any Operational Notes for bookings will appear underneath the booking line in the manifest as above. Once you have the manifest view you like you can save as a view for future use, and export it to PDF or Excel to then email it to your drivers. There are plenty of columns available to customise your manifest, however, it is advisable to just have the minimum required for your drivers to prevent the manifest from becoming confusing.
The following columns (accompanied by a brief explanation) are available in the online manifest report:

Filtering the manifest
The manifest has the functionality to set a number of filters to personalise the report. You have the ability to filter by a specific service as well as specific departure times. This is useful for services with multiple departures and/or pickup times throughout the day.
Filter by service & departure
Here is a manifest filtered for a specific service and specific departure:
Filter Manifest by Pax List
The pax list manifest gives you a list of pax on a service departing at a specific time. There is a portrait format and a landscape format of the manifest. You can either leave the fields under the Pax Name column blank to fill in manually once the document is printed or can you use the Build for Pax function under the Booking screen to populate the pax names and note fields with data from IBIS.
This manifest also has an option to show notes for each pax as entered in the People tab of the Booking screen. YOu can tick which options you would like to show on your manifest.
Filter for Bookings with Components
This is useful for operators who have multi-component products as you can see which services each booking will be using. You also get to see which product pax are participating in.
It is very useful if a service is shared between different products. For example, you may have 4 people on the bus, but 3 of them have signed up for a different product from the other one on the bus and have different requirements.
You can either run the manifest for all bookings in a day or run it for a particular departure.
Tick the box for 'Booking with Components for Day.'
