About advanced reporting

Some things to note about how the advanced reporting functions in IBIS work:

  • Analyser and Power BI report data is rebuilt nightly. Figures are current up to the night before so they will not match the Reservation summary or Reservation option analysis if you are trying to view today's date.
  • Changes made to the product date of a booking will change the figures in a report (for example if a booking is rescheduled).
  • The revenue on the report includes all reservations of status Active, Checked-in and No Service
  • Pax counts are based on active and checked-in bookings - cancelled and no service bookings are excluded. Note you must be using the IBIS cancellation wizard in order to exclude No service bookings.
  • The report calculates "pax" as the maximum number of places for each option of type "person" across all components in a booking
