Adjust the size of your vouchers
You can send vouchers to your customers to accommodate their custom itinerary. Printed vouchers are automatically formatted using the default settings within IBIS. You can adjust these settings to fine-tune the positioning of your voucher on the printed page. For example, you can choose whether to have 2, 3 or 4 vouchers printed on one page.
- Open the Itinerary Planner screen
- Click the Reports button
- Select Vouchers
- Select All Vouchers
- The Voucher Setup screen will open
- Click on the Margins tab
- Adjust the settings as required. A description is listed below, however, the easiest way to do it is to edit the values, hit the Save button and then preview your vouchers by clicking on the Voucher1 tab or the Voucher 2 tab, depending on which voucher format suits you.
Top Margin | Distance in pixels between the top of the page and the top of the voucher. |
Bottom Margin | Distance in pixels between the bottom of the page and the bottom of the lowest voucher. |
Left Margin | Distance in pixels between the left of the page and the left of the voucher (maximum 1000 pixels). |
Detail height | Height of the voucher. If you want 2 vouchers per page, try setting this to around 7500. If you want 3 vouchers per page, set it to around 5000. |
Add your company logo to vouchers
You can add your company graphic to the voucher.
- Open the ibis.ini (found in c:\IBIS or c:\IBIS\IbisNx depending on your install)
- Navigate to the setting [VoucherRpt] heading
- Add the name of the graphic to the GRAPHIC= line E.g graphic=IbisTech.jpg will show the ibis graphic on the voucher. N.B. You need to save the graphic in the same folder that the ibis.ini files is stored in
