IBIS Online allows you to manage your departure availability from your web browser and also reschedule service times.

Adjust availability

  1. From the IBIS Online website, select Operations then Service Availability.

  2. This screen allows you to perform the following functions: 

    • Change the maximum amount of places available on your services 

    • Add departure notes

    • Change the departure time of your service (only works for single component products)!

  3. To adjust your availability, click or touch the units in the Max column field to enable the edit box.

  4. Any edits to the Max places are highlighted in green reminding you to Save or Cancelchanges before exiting this screen. Note that this will alter the availability in the Specific Availability screen in your IBIS application as well.

Reschedule a service time 

You are able to reschedule services even if they have bookings allocated in IBIS online. This feature is NOT available in the Specific Availability screen in the application. It is only possible to reschedule a service containing bookings if the service is used with single component products.

  1. In IBIS Online, browse to Operations then Service Availability to view your availability for the day.  
  2. Locate the service you wish to reschedule and click on Edit departure time

  3. This will open the time selection at the top of the screen which shows you the service name and current time of the service you are about to reschedule. Select the new time for the service by changing the Hour and Minutes you will be rescheduling the service to

  4. If you have selected the incorrect service time to reschedule, click Cancel at this point, otherwise click on Update time and you will see your service rescheduled to the new time as below

  5. If there are existing bookings on this service you will get the following message

  6. The existing bookings will automatically be rescheduled with that service and will appear in your system at the new time.
