For operators that need to manage more than just the availability of a departure, IBIS has developed the Resource Planner module. This module allows you to setup individual resources specific to your business (e.g. planes, boats, guides, vehicles) and allocate bookings specifically to them. You can then print a specific resource manifest instead of a manifest for all the bookings on the departure.

Resource/staff summary report

If you are using the Resource Planner module in Build Pax mode, you will be able to run a report to see the number of specific booking options that staff have been allocated to. A scenario for this report would be a Skydive business where you need to record the types of jumps that each jumpmaster has been making. The way this report shows will heavily depend on how your pricing options are setup as it shows the option code only

  1. From the Operations menu, select Staff Summary Report
  2. Select the date range by choosing a Start date and an End date
  3. Select Resource/staff summary
  4. If you tick Show detail, you will be able to see the name that the Booking is under and the Build Pax entry for the individual associated with each booking option

Resource manager report

This report will group the resource list you have entered over a date range by the resource manager. A scenario would be that you want to see how many time one of your pilots flew a plane over the last week. The report shows you the date, time, resource name and resource note for each resource entered into your Resource Planner screen under the Resource List section.

  1. From the Operations menu, select Staff Summary Report
  2. Select the date range by choosing a Start date and an End date
  3. Select Resource managers
