You can install customer facing pole till screens at your point of sale stations. These customer facing screens are handy for retail or café locations. The customer can see the items being entered into a sale and the price.

See the set up instructions below:

In Windows

  1. Go to Settings > System > Display
  2. Plug in the POS display screen and make sure the screen is the last display. i.e. if you have 2 displays, the customer-facing display should be number 2. If you have 3, it should be number 3.
  3. Go to Settings > Personalisation > Taskbar
  4. Click on 'Taskbar behaviours'
  5. Untick setting called 'Show my taskbar on all displays'

In IBIS

  1. Open Machine settings
  2. Under Point of sale, set the 'Customer-facing POS display' setting to True
  3. Open POS and check that the screen comes up unobstructed on the customer-facing display
  4. If you are using a screen with a high dpi, set the 'Customer-facing POS scaling size' to 0.8
  5. Anytime you open POS, or a new sale is started, the screen opens up automatically. Once you close POS or a sale is completed, the screen closes.
