If you're a Windcave customer, you can use the integrated payment functionality to charge cards while on the phone with a customer instead of having to use an EFTPOS terminal. You can also capture and securely store customers' credit card details to process payments at a later date.

Process a card payment using integrated PxPay at POS

  1. When you are ready to take payment from the Point of sale screen through Windcave, click on your configured Windcave/EftposOnline button
  2. In the pop-up, click on Pay
  3. Enter the customer's card details and click Submit

  4. Click on Continue to process the transaction in POS.

Do not close the credit card popup screen before clicking Continue if your transaction has completed or it will not update the sale in IBIS. If you have done this by mistake, you must select a non integrated payment type and re-process the sale.

  5. Your POS transaction will be completed
