Print operator & product information notes
You can easily print out notes and contact information to give to your customers which is useful for general enquiries about restaurants, or local services which you might not generally make a booking for or the commission of the potential sale does not cover the cost to make the booking (e.g. long-distance charges). Unless you are operating a charity, might be better to sell a phone card instead.
To print the notes (thermal printers only):
- From the Ticketing screen under the Reservations tab, select the Operator or Product from the information tree.
- Right-click the operator name, then select print operator information which will print the contact details
- Right-click the product name and select print product information to print product-specific notes
Notes can be configured as 'read-only' (viewable only by your staff) or 'print' only (only shown when printed) - see Edit Product and Operator information for more details.
