Aviation settings

The Aviation settings screen can be launched from the Operations menu in the Aviation setup section. These settings will apply to your entire system.

Booking

  • Delivery result options – Enter a comma-separated list of delivery results. The list has to include “OK”. The options are set per system so they can be customised for each aviation operation.

  • Void delivery options – A comma-separated list of delivery result options that allow the customer to be re-manifested but will leave the original manifest as it was.

Measurement

  • Fuel unit: Unit of measurement when entering the fuel that goes in the aircraft before take-off.

  • Weight unit: Unit of measurement used when adding people, equipment and cargo to the aircraft.

Misc (deprecated)

  • Gear weight(s): Enter weights per staff member to automatically add on when manifesting. Unit measurement type specified in the Measurements settings.

Operations (Skydive operations-specific)

  • Equipment weight: The weight (in KG) which corresponds to the Guide cert that is configured in the Price option screen and subsequently allocated in the Flight planner screen.
  • Flight duration: Enter the average duration of a flight in minutes.

  • Shared canopy cert: On the pilot manifest report there's a breakdown of tandems and solo canopies. Enter in the certs here of those that result in a tandem canopy (mostly the main cert of a Guide 1). E.g. TI, TAFF.
