Custom reports have been designed for our Flight planner module which can be used by ground and flight crew. This article explains how to use these reports.

Specifying your report parameters
You will be provided with a custom URL for your Hanger / Pilot manifests when the system is configured for you. You can append the following parameters to the URL in order to customise the default manifest display:
- Location parameter - '&location=[locationcode]' filters the report to only display takeoff, dropoff, landing or manifest locations that match the location code specified in the URL.
- Date parameter - '&date=YYYY-MM-DD' will display a specified date on the report. Typically used for testing or viewing historic data.
- Display theme colour - '&theme=dark' will change the manifest background to dark mode.
Hangar manifest
The Hangar manifest is designed to show the ground staff what loads are coming up, what product the passengers are doing, and check the customer names. Flights will only be displayed if the status is On-call, In progress, or Landed.
Colour coding and symbols indicate the following:
Flight status: on-call = orange, in progress = blue, landed = green
Products: have a unique colour assigned to them
Groups: e.g. a customer, tandem instructor and cameraman are displayed in different hues of the product colour
Locations: If the takeoff, dropzone and/or landing locations are different, a red border will show around the flight
Medical conditions: will be indicated with an upside-down triangle icon.
Centre aisle: if an aircraft with a centre aisle has nobody seated in it, the column will collapse down on the manifest.
Pilot manifest
The Pilot manifest uses the same visual clues as the Hangar manifest, but includes the following additional features:
- The pilot report can be used as a Master Log for aviation authorities and therefore has a date selection option.
- Some weight & balance calculations
- All loads can be viewed regardless of their status
- Number of canopiesare on board
- If there is a TI in the certs for the group, it's a tandem
- If there is OCR in the certs, it's outside camera
- In there are neither, it's a sports jump
