Admission sales

If you want to view sales for admission items, you use the Sales report. Filter for the item type "Admission" and "Admission package". You can set up a saved report view based on the parameters you wish to see when analysing your sales.

When you sell an admission package the sale value (and the reporting of revenue to GL codes) is split proportionally across the individual admission items in the package. Units are recorded as 1 unit per admission item package sold, and the number of units allocated to each PLU code in the package. E.g. if one family pack for 4 people is sold, the Sales report will show sales of 1 x admission package @ $0, and 4 units x admission items @ the total package value.
