Operators can send emails to multiple customers from the Departures screen. This could be used to alert customers to any operational status updates for their upcoming departures such as weather delays or cancellations.


Sending bulk emails for bookings

You can send emails in bulk from the Departures screen.

  1. Select the bookings you want to email from the Searchtab as follows: 
    • use CTRL+Click to select non-sequential rows
    • use Click to highlight the first row, then use SHIFT+Cllick to select all rows between the first and last highlighted row.
  2. Click on the SMS/Email selected button at the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Check who you are emailing. If you use our Check-in module, then each individual person who has checked-in on a booking will be displayed. You can untick people if you don't want to send them an email. 
  4. Select your Template
  5. Add any additional information through the Merge Text function if required. Note this requires a merge field to be added to the email template so may not work by default.
  6. Click Send
